Service Support Officer

Part Time 0.7 FTE (26.25 Hrs p/w working between the hours of 9.00 -2.45 including 30 minuet lunch break)

Salary: £23,400 per annum + Benefits (Pro Rata)

Homeworker with travel as required

We are currently seeking to appoint an Service Support Officer working closely with the leadership team, processing new referrals, liaising with clinicians and providing administrative support.

What you will be doing?

  • The Service Support Officer will be processing new referrals and ensuring these are prioritised and contact keeping to our minumum service standards. You will be working alongside our leadership team to complete operational checks and reviews to ensure quality and compliance meet our contractual delivery standards. As well as this you will be assisting in the preparation, facilitation and follow-up activity for operational meetings for the leadership team.
