This role sits within our Stadia division, catering to fans & visitors at prestigious stadiums across the UK. With matchdays, concerts, conferences, and banquets to be catered for, our specialist teams are experts in adapting to our client's needs with locally sourced seasonal menu's. What you'll be doing...

Reporting to the Site Director, the Staffing Manager will prepare and implement a recruitment, retention and training strategy to ensure the best people are recruited and trained to provide an amazing experience and service at the venue during match days and events Club.

This will include:

  • Identifying roles and business areas where recruitment and training is required and advertising, interviewing and recruiting as necessary.
  • Working with department heads and the Site Director to identify training needs of all workers, ensuring that they have the skills and desire to service guests to exceptional standards and efficiency.
  • Target towards a zero-agency requirement for all events, with additional focus on identifying areas where staffing budgets can be better controlled for the efficient management of the business.
  • To ensure right to work checks are completed and ensure staff personnel files are maintained and up to date.
  • To ensure staff training and records are maintained and up to date.
  • To produce staffing lists for match days and events and accurate processing of payroll for all events.
  • Support processing the payroll for all casual and full-time staff and recording sickness & holiday.
  • To manage the distribution, control and standards of uniform across all departments for both sites.
  • To manage staff check-in procedures for all match days and major events.

  • Able to listen with empathy enabling impartial judgement, quickly establishing trust and rapport.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change
  • A self-starter who is self-confident, logical, systematic and precise
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills
  • Experienced, strong and confident knowledge of EXCEL Spreadsheets, Word to produce costings. Also able to do Powerpoint presentations to Managers and staff
