What you'll be doing...

Acting as the enterprise architect for Elior UK's technology function, this strategic role is responsible for the technology strategy in collaboration with Elior UK CIO and Group technology senior management team.

You will create an ecosystem for business colleagues to work closely with the technology function and define the company's technology strategy, blueprint and roadmap.

You will select best in class technology from both the market and solutions identified by Group technology colleagues in collaboration with various business functions, lead it through POC and pilot stages before handing over for rollout and deployment by the technology delivery team.

You will partner with the pre-sales teams in evaluating new technology options as required through various client tenders. You will integrate new technologies into Elior UK's technology estate, automate business processes using RPA, AI and ML, and extract data from Elior UK's technology applications to support business decision making.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead technology strategy forums with digital and retail frontline operations, and central support functions.
• Compare best in class technology offerings from the market, leverage Group technology innovations and technology partners.
• Own Elior UK's strategic technology blueprint, roadmap and investment plan.
• Evaluate new technology propositions as per demand from pre-sales teams for client tenders.
• Lead the selection of new technology vendors and solutions.
• Manage, lead and coordinate new tech POCs and pilots.
• Design multi system integrations, automations, extraction and correlation of data from both digital and retail, as well as back office systems and technology partners.
• Drive continuous improvement & innovation across the business challenging the status quo & ensuring we evolve to become industry-leading in our approach.

In this role you will work closely with peers from the UK Tech leadership team.

What can you bring?

Skills / Experience:

• Enterprise experience of full technology lifecycle.
• Experience of delivering strategy and solution architecture within the Food & Beverage, Retail or Catering industry sectors.
• Experience of leading engineering teams.
• System integrations specifically MDM (Master Data Management) integrations with core functions.
• RPA automation such as Blueprism and/or UIPath.
• Data & analytics including experience of PowerBI.
• Ability to work at a strategic level with proven experience of turning vision into reality.
