Job Opportunity: Warranty Inspector (Modular Builds)

Location: Peterborough

Are you a meticulous Warranty Inspector with a passion for modular construction? Look no further! We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality modular builds. Our factory in Peterborough serves as the hub for precision and excellence.

Responsibilities:

Factory-Based Sign-Offs: Conduct thorough inspections of modular units during the manufacturing process. Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality control protocols.
On-Site Visits: Visit construction sites to verify the installation and performance of modular components. Collaborate with site managers and contractors to address any issues promptly.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspections, findings, and corrective actions.
Risk Mitigation: Identify potential warranty-related risks and work proactively to prevent them.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in warranty inspection, preferably within the modular construction industry.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with modular building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for spotting defects and ensuring compliance.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with factory personnel, site teams, and clients.
