Youth Engagement Advisor

Location - Derby/Nottingham

£24,500

Ingeus are looking for a new Youth Engagement Advisor to join our expanding NCS recruitment teams. Are you a passionate and dynamic person who knows they would be able to engage and inspire young people? Then we are waiting to hear from you.

As our Youth Engagement Advisor, you will be responsible for generating sign-ups for our programmes, working closely with other members of our face to face team, promoting the NCS experience in our priority areas with local youth organisations and in school assemblies.

Along the way, youll be helping young people develop skills thatll help them smash their future goals.

You may be required to travel around the wider East Midlands area and will regularly required to be in schools across the region by 8am.

You need to be…

• Someone who loves presenting in front of audiences of young people, creating enthusiasm, building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders (Parents, care givers, students, young people)
• A confident self-starter who can easily adapt to a varied audience,

This is a very fast paced, no day is the same type of role and will suit someone who likes performing and entertaining groups of people, someone who likes to be part of a dynamic team, or perhaps a recent graduate who is looking to start their career working with young people and helping local communities thrive.

To be one of our Youth Engagement Advisors you will;

• This role will involve you travelling to recruitment events across our priority areas. You will need to be able to easily travel/ commute around your patch
• This is a home based role, whenever youre not required to attend recruitment events. You will also work on one of our programmes overnight for at least one week of the year, so that you can experience the full NCS magic and see first hand the impact we make to young people's lives.
