Key Responsibilities: As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with various aspects of their day-to-day living, encompassing both social and physical activities, as well as personal care. Your duties may include assisting patients, providing personal care, facilitating daily living tasks, and ensuring the highest level of care is maintained.

Work Settings: The successful candidates will have the option to work in either Hospital or Care Home settings, providing flexibility and allowing you to choose an environment that aligns with your preferences.

Duties:

• Supporting and assisting patients with diverse needs.
• Providing personal care to enhance the well-being of individuals.
• Facilitating daily living activities to promote independence.
• Ensuring the maintenance of the highest possible level of care.
• Assisting individuals with eating and drinking as required.

Requirements:

• Effective communication skills at all levels.
• A collaborative team player with a compassionate approach.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including Earlies, Long days, Lates, and Nights, to accommodate personal needs and family commitments.
• Previous agency experience is preferred.
