Where you fit in:

As our Water Quality Contacts Analyst you will:

  • Your primary purpose is to ensure the performance commitment related to Water Quality contacts is met. You will achieve this by validating incoming water quality contacts, measuring reportable contact volumes, and identifying root causes and patterns to reduce contact rates. Your role is pivotal in providing assurance for water quality performance.
  • Continuously produce validated Water Quality contact figures to assure performance commitments.
  • Extract and validate data from YW corporate systems, conduct root cause analysis, and identify opportunities to reduce contact rates.
  • Generate clear performance reports on water quality contacts and root cause analysis findings.
  • Serve as a key contact for stakeholders, providing insights on performance and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create accurate regulatory reporting numbers.
  • Act as the point of contact for department and regulatory teams to access meaningful water quality contact performance metrics and data.
  • Support initiatives to reduce water quality contacts through business cases.

What skills & qualifications you will need:

  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills, with the ability to present data clearly and concisely.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to regulatory integrity.
  • Proficiency in interpreting and analyzing large volumes of data.
  • Ability to work with data and reports in Excel, including collating and processing data from multiple sources.
  • Competence in presenting performance in management meetings.
  • Capability to establish and maintain effective internal and external working relationships.
  • Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office applications and YW systems, especially ICE, Odyssey, Excel, SAP, and SAP Business Warehouse.
  • Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and with initiative to meet deadlines.
