We are proud to be a truly international company. But our heart and soul remain firmly rooted in the UK, symbolised by British craftsmanship, engineering and quality. Our global headquarters are in Coventry, the home of our Powertrain Engineering function, Global Sales and Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Public Relations and other corporate functions. We also have offices in Warwick, Manchester and Kenilworth. Our offices in Gaydon, in Warwick, are home to Jaguar Land Rover’s principal design and engineering centre, research and development, extensive test track facilities, a virtual-reality suite, climatic wind tunnels, and an electromagnetic chamber, amongst other state-of-the art facilities.
Jaguar Land Rover was the first automotive manufacturer to sign the Business in the Community’s (BITC) Race at Work Charter. The charter derives from the 2017 McGregor-Smith Review which found that people of colour were under-employed, under-promoted and under-represented at senior levels. Signing up for the agreement means that we are making a public commitment to improving the working environment for people of colour.
“Now is an exciting time for Black talent to join Jaguar Land Rover! The automotive industry is not traditionally known for its diversity; however, Jaguar Land Rover has committed to changing this narrative. We are the first UK car manufacturer to sign the Business in the Community Race at Work Charter.”
